Michael Kwok is a technology executive with more than 20 years of experience driving innovation at the intersection of AI, automation, and enterprise software development. As Vice President of IBM Bob, he leads a global team leveraging generative AI and advanced automation to accelerate software development lifecycles and deliver enterprise-ready solutions for developers and IT operators. Michael also serves as Director of the IBM Canada Lab, one of the country’s largest R&D hubs, supporting worldwide strategic missions in Data, AI, Automation, Security, Cloud, and IT Infrastructure. With a Ph.D. in Computer Science and a B.Math from the University of Waterloo, Michael is a visionary leader committed to transforming complex technology challenges into competitive business advantages for clients.
